THE GROVE – COTTAGE GROVE
Being the Hope Campaign
Being the Hope is the umbrella fund for all of The Grove’s mission projects on a state, national, and international level.
The people of The Grove are motivated by our vision to grow goodness. This includes our commitment to service beyond the local church, whether that work is accomplished through hands-on efforts or through financial support of partner organizations.
During the season of Lent, the Compassion and Justice team is highlighting many of the ministries supported by The Grove through moments in worship and posts on social media.
On Easter Sunday (March 31), you are asked to give to the Being the Hope mission offering or to make a pledge that is 1) prayerfully considered, 2) proportional to your means and 3) sacrificial in depth. There will be no other mission offerings received this year.
Being the Hope assures that ministries we care deeply about will receive the right amount of support — according to our means and their need — at the right time. All funds will be given through Being the Hope, and all contributions and disbursements will be recorded and regular updates on our mission ministries will be provided both in worship and print publications throughout the year.
